Simple Sautéed Dragon Tongue Beans


  • 2-4 cups of dragon tongue beans
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5 leaves fresh basil, chopped


  1. Remove the ends of beans if desired and set aside in a bowl.
  2. Heat coconut oil and butter in skillet.
  3. Add garlic to pan and sauté for 1 minute. Add beans.
  4. Sauté beans until warmed all the way through and coated in the oil.
  5. Serve warm with fresh basil on top.
