1lb jumbo lump crab meat

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup mayo

1/4-1/3 cup sour cream

dash half & half

2 tsp Old Bay seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp ground mustard

1 cup baby spinach

1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup cheddar for inside

1/2 cup cheddar for top

1TB fresh parsley for top

1/2 tsp smoked paprika for top


Add crabmeat, cream cheese, sour cream, Mayo, half and half, lemon juice, baby spinach, cheddar and seasoning to a bowl.

Mix carefully so you don’t break up the crab meat. You should have a creamy consistency. If you think its’ too dry, add more half and half until you reach your desired consistency.

Preheat oven to 350. Add mixture to a cast iron skillet or baking dish. Top with cheddar, fresh parsley, and smoked paprika. Bake at 350 until cheese melts, about 10-12 minutes. Serve with bagel chips, bread or crackers.
