- Microgreen blend
- Cubed watermelon
- Sliced tomatoes; sungolds, black cherry, heirlooms, etc
- Crumbled goat cheese
- Homemade honey-balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
- Top if off with a sautéed fillet of fresh fish, shrimp, or scallops
