Microgreen Watermelon Salad

Try a this simple microgreen salad, topped with fresh seafood.  Microgreens are super because they pack nutrient-richness in such a small package.

There is no formal recipe for this salad; so be creative! It can be as big, or as small as you’d like, add or take away ingredients, and make it your own.


  • Microgreen blend
  • Cubed watermelon
  • Sliced tomatoes; sungolds, black cherry, heirlooms, etc
  • Crumbled goat cheese
  • Blueberries
  • Homemade honey-balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
  • Top if off with a sautéed fillet of fresh fish, shrimp, or scallops
