Roasted Pumpkin & Apple Smoothies


  • ½ pumpkin (500 g), roasted
  • 2 apples, roasted
  • 1 banana
  • a handful of blueberries
  • 2 cups of cold still water


  1. First, preheat the oven to 250ºC (~450ºF). Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Place the pumpkin and the apples in a single layer on the tray (of course, after you deseeded the pumpkin and cut it in pieces). Roast for about 10 minutes or until the pumpkin is golden and tender.
  2. When the pumpkin and apples are roasted, add them all into the blender. Pour in cold still water and blend them together until smooth and creamy.
