Hummus Y’all is a family-owned small business bringing fresh, authentic hummus bowls to the Triangle. Founded by Alon during COVID and launched from his garage, what began as a small passion project quickly grew into a thriving local brand serving farmers markets and the broader community.
Each bowl starts with a creamy hummus base made from premium tahini and high-quality extra virgin olive oil, blended in small batches for exceptional texture and flavor. Topped with seasoned chickpeas, caramelized onions, roasted eggplant and cauliflower, sautéed mushrooms, fresh tahini, and vibrant green schug, our bowls are crafted as complete, satisfying meals. Everything is vegan-friendly, made without preservatives or artificial ingredients, and prepared with care in North Carolina.
