Ingredients:
- 1lb jumbo lump crab meat
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4-1/3 cup sour cream
- dash half & half
- 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup cheddar for inside
- 1/2 cup cheddar for top
- 1TB fresh parsley for top
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika for top
Directions:
- Add crabmeat, cream cheese, sour cream, Mayo, half and half, lemon juice, baby spinach, cheddar and seasoning to a bowl.
- Mix carefully so you don’t break up the crab meat. You should have a creamy consistency. If you think its’ too dry, add more half and half until you reach your desired consistency.
- Preheat oven to 350. Add mixture to a cast iron skillet or baking dish. Top with cheddar, fresh parsley, and smoked paprika. Bake at 350 until cheese melts, about 10-12 minutes. Serve with bagel chips, bread or crackers.
