Irish Bakers is passionate about creating delicious desserts using local ingredients. I began creating gluten-free pastries and breads after attending gluten-free baking courses at the
Culinary Institute of America in New York. Strict guidelines are practiced when preparing our gluten-free desserts using separate equipment and baking pans. Along with our gluten-free selections, we will be offering our signature Irish Bread (regular and gluten-free) throughout the season. Please drop by and sample our gluten-free pumpkin and sweet potato bread. I look forward to seeing you at the market!
