Irish Bakers is passionate about creating delicious desserts using local ingredients.
“I began creating gluten-free pastries and breads after attending gluten-free baking courses at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. Strict guidelines are practiced when preparing our gluten-free (and nut free!) desserts.
This season we will have gluten-free Whoopie Pies and gluten-free/dairy free Carrot Cake on the menu along with our signature Irish bread. Please drop by for a sample.
