Crumbs Cookie Company, LLC specializes in allergy friendly, plant based cookies, and cakes that are free from nuts, dairy and egg. It is owned and operated by Nicole Baker, a local food-allergy mom and RN turned entrepreneur. It was inspired by Nicole’s desire to create a yummy and safe cookie for her son, Joshua who has severe food allergies. As the mom behind the mission, she believes everyone should be able to enjoy a yummy cookie, or beautiful birthday cake, even those with special dietary needs. Crumbs Cookie Company, LLC values inclusion and prioritizes promoting food allergy awareness in the community.
