Irish Bakers is passionate about creating delicious desserts using local ingredients. I began creating gluten-free pastries and breads after attending gluten-free baking courses at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. Strict guidelines are practiced when preparing our gluten-free desserts using separate equipment and baking pans. Along with our gluten-free selections, we will be offering our signature Irish Bread and Irish Tea Cake along with our favorite blueberry muffins. I look forward to meeting the Midtown community!
