Royal Cheesecake & Varieties is owned and operated by Detroit native couple Ken & Tamara. Ken is culinary certified and Tamara is “grandma certified.” All of their products are made from scratch using local products as much as possible. They offer a variety of desserts including cheesecake, pound cake, layered cakes, and more. The duo relocated to the Triangle in 2013 to pursue their passion for baking.
