Hargrove Farms was started by couple Alex Hargrove and Casey Mollón, who decided to leave their New York City lives and pursue their dream of starting a small family farm. Growing up in the restaurant industry, they both have a sharpened sense for high quality ingredients and culinary practices. Following their fascination for all things mushroom, they began by planting a small orchard to, one day, produce truffles. In the interim, they are focusing heavily on producing other gourmet ingredients, including microgreens and mushrooms.
