Old Milburnie Farm Fall Dinners

Old Milburnie Farm’s will be hosting bi-monthly dinners this Fall. The dinners will feature some of Raleigh’s best chefs, local produce, local meat, and beverage pairings. Each chef will work closely with OMF to plan a menu that reflects the chef’s passions and the seasonal ingredients at their disposal.

Each of the four dinners will benefit a different local charity, including: Passage Home, Learning Together, Raleigh Boys and Girls Club, and the Raleigh City Farm’s Farmer Growth Fund. Dinner service will be along side Beaverdam Lake at OMF under a large tent for a truly unique dining experience. Wylde will be doing the floral arrangements and table layouts. This Sunday, October 18th proceeds are going to Passage Home. There’s a cocktail hour with passed apps and 4 courses with beverage pairings.

About Teddy the Chef

Teddy is the executive chef and co-owner of Provenance, slated to open at the beginning of the New Year. He is an alum of Herons at The Umstead, Mcgrady’s Restarant in Charleston, and several Michelin starred New York City restaurants. Klopf and his team will cook the entire menu over a large fire pit and will serve the meal alongside spirits from TOPO distillery, beer from New Belgium, and carefully selected wine pairings. As always, flowers and table design will be done by the incredibly talented Wylde Flowers. Special shoutout to Walk Ahead Farms for providing chicken.
