What is F45? Functional 45 Minute Workouts, which include functional every day body weight movements with cardio and resistance programming designed by a team of experts to build and sculpt lean functional muscle. Every day the workouts are different creating variety and challenge, and an element of fun! We use technology to help guide our clients and allow trainers to be engaged in a more personal style of training in a small group setting. We’re creating a community to motivate and assist members to meet and exceed their goals, while creating an atmosphere to build teamwork and comradery like none other.
